Who is the Chimney Hill Community Association?
Chimney Hill is an established community founded in 1978. We are located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Chimney Hill is comprised of Single family Homes, Condos and Town-homes. CHCA consists of 25 acres of common ground maintained by the Community Association.
The common grounds include:●
●A renovated Clubhouse which is available for rent
●A renovated Clubhouse which is available for rent
●A beautifully resurfaced swimming pool including an 8ft deep end
●Tennis Courts
●Pickle ball Court
●Basketball Courts: Milled, repaved and painted the basketball courts. Replaced the fence with an “L” shaped fence. Plans to fence in the remaining two sides and add two gates.
●Playground: Playground upgrades: Removed the sand and replaced it with mulch, painted the swing set and replaced the swings. Added two concrete planters to the entry way.
The Chimney Hill Community Association has pet stations. The pet stations are placed near the basketball courts, near the tennis courts and in the common area near Chimney Hill Parkway. While enjoying your walk you will be able to help keep a healthy, clean environment for all residents.
Chimney Hill has one of the lowest annual assessment fees in Virginia Beach. These fees cover full time office staff, maintenance of the grounds including the pool contract and winterizing, landscaping contract, insurance for the common grounds, CHCA events.
